Land trusts who register with LandBase can use the website to connect with landowners, buyers, and their brokers to discuss properties eligible for conservation real estate transactions. LandBase also provides information on conservation real estate techniques.
LandBase currently serves only Massachusetts, but is slated for expansion to other states by 2005.
